OKCYC provides residential treatment for at-risk youth. Desired applicants will possess a strong work ethic and have a desire to help the most complex youth in Oklahoma.
Duties to include:
- Assist in day-to-day activities of residential programming.
- Lead group activities.
- Supervise adolescent teens.
- Engage in healthy relationships.
- Demonstrate life skills and basic living skills.
- Provide adequate care.
- Oversee safety & security.
- Daily documentation.
- Mentor youth in a positive manner.
- Communicate with program director.
Availability:
- 24/7 care
- Day shifts & Night shifts
- Weekends, Holidays
**Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and pass drug screen and background check**
Job duties subject to change.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.50 per hour
